It all began with a comment I made to Rich and then a comment he made back to me about posting a blog about ketchup and taco... and some how ironically Ben and I went to a subway style mexican restraunt...well with all of that said, they had no ketchup. What is wrong with putting ketchup on tacos? What's the difference between that and putting plain ol tomatoes on your taco? Well needless to say I have been doing it for as long as I have been eating tacos and I still love it. I didn't discover that people thought it was weird until I went to camp in McCall and they had no ketchup out on taco night. What were they thinking not having ketchup out? After that first year they always know when they see my face to bring out the ketchup. It was at that same camp a few years later when my big brother also put ketchup on his taco and I realized we both had the same amazing culinary skills (or something as amazing as that). I have said all of this to say that ketchup on tacos is amazing and you CAN'T KNOCK IT TIL YOU TRY IT. I mean seriously, whoever was the first person to stick their hands underneath a cow and start tugging was a life saver to many who love milk (my husband included)... just take a few moments and think about the things you are eating and wonder if it is weird and how someone came up with it.
Well, I'm about to go watch some painful singing on American Idol... hope you enjoyed it Jen... YUCK!!!

Ketchup on tacos I will agree is good, but the real way is to stick some stinking Ranch on it. They you have something.
Well Mag you beat me to the punch about ketchup and the wonderful things to put it on. I just thought I would send out a big "HOLLA" to burritos with sum ketchup! Jen they made salsa for chips prefferably corn chips, and sour cream for baked potato's Funny thing is that I don't use ketchup on my french fries... I eat them plain, but I can't figure that one out. The other night we had a fiest party for the worship team and we had tacos, and hot sauce, and I went looting in the kitchen of this place where we had it and guess what no ketchup. I almost thought about just eating chips for dinner and then having dessert! Lets give it up for the Red Manna that we call ketchup!
