The other day we were looking at houses and our realtor took us to a house that was way out of our price range but it was the exact same floor plan as the one we previously put an offer in on. She said that they haven't gotten any offers for some time and the other house that we wanted just sold for 30,000 less than what these ones are asking for. So we put an offer in around the same value that the last one sold as. This time my hopes aren't as high in the waiting because we are asking them to lower their price 30,000. That's a lot but they really won't get that house sold until they do. We figured while no one else is watching it we'd see what we could do. Here is a link to the house...

Where is the pool? I thought everyone who lived in FL had a pool. What is up with that?
