new job & wonderful tree

so far i have spent two days in the office and it feels a bit weird. i feel like i did back when i didn't have a job and i was in the office every once in a while making fliers or typing various things for my husband. there are so many things to learn and its so wonderful and a little stressful at the same time. what i do isn't too difficult (at least what i have learned thus far) but its remembering where everything is located on the computer or in all the files. i'll manage to get it all someday but in the meantime patience will need to be used often.

i was in bath and body works the other day and found the most amazing smell. part of their "holiday collection" is a scent called christmas (i believe). i was like, "what does christmas smell like anyway?" so i opened the candle and took a deep breath and it really smelled like christmas! the smell made me thing of holiday shopping, christmas trees, snow, cold weather, fresh pies, hot chocolate, and anything else you could think of. WOW, how in the world did they get all that into one candle? pretty amazing i think.

on the otherhand, our house looks so wonderful with our christmas tree and i love the christmas feeling. we'll merry christmas and enjoy all your holiday shopping and decorating.
